Age Verification and Adult Signature Requirement

IMPORTANT: Last Rep products contain THC and are restricted to adults of legal consumption age.

Adult Signature Required

ALL shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. This is a non-negotiable requirement for legal compliance and product safety.

  • Someone age 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the package
  • The carrier will verify the recipient's age and identity before releasing the package
  • If no one of legal age is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or addresses where an adult cannot sign for delivery

Age Verification at Checkout

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age or the legal consumption age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • The delivery address is a location where an adult (21+) will be available to sign for the package
  • You understand that failure to provide adult signature may result in return of the package and forfeiture of shipping costs

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to select states within the United States where THC products are legal for sale and delivery. Available shipping locations are determined by:

  • Federal and state laws regarding THC products
  • Local regulations and restrictions
  • Carrier service availability

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where we cannot legally deliver our products.

Restricted Locations

We cannot ship to:

  • States or jurisdictions where THC products are prohibited
  • Federal properties or military bases
  • P.O. boxes or USPS postal facilities
  • Prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions
  • Addresses outside the United States

Your shipping address will be verified at checkout. Orders placed to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees.

Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Standard processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Processing begins after payment is confirmed and age verification is complete
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when:

  1. Your order is received and being processed
  2. Your order has shipped with tracking information

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Available Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Adult signature required

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Adult signature required

Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Adult signature required

Please Note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays
  • Adult signature requirement may add an additional day for delivery if recipient is not available

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Current carrier rates

Free Shipping Promotions: When offered, free shipping applies to standard shipping only and to qualifying orders. Restrictions may apply.

Package Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package with the carrier

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Tracking Issues: If tracking information is not updating or shows no movement for more than 3 business days after shipment, please contact us at hello@lastreparc.com.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. For each attempt:

  • The carrier will attempt to obtain an adult signature
  • If no one is available, a notice will be left
  • You may be able to schedule a redelivery or arrange for pickup at a carrier facility

Failed Delivery - No Adult Available to Sign

If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of adult signature:

  • The package will be returned to Last Rep after final delivery attempt or hold period expires
  • You will be responsible for the original shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • You may place a new order with applicable shipping charges
  • Alternatively, we can reship the returned package for a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed within the carrier's hold period (typically 5-7 business days):

  • The package will be returned to Last Rep
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Product refund will be issued minus original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee
  • You may choose to have the package reshipped at your expense

Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery or reject the package:

  • The package will be returned to Last Rep
  • You will be charged for both original and return shipping costs
  • A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address Errors

  • Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout
  • We cannot modify addresses after an order has shipped
  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to the customer

Address Validation

Our system validates addresses at checkout. If your address cannot be verified:

  • You will be notified and asked to confirm or correct the address
  • Orders with unverified addresses may be held pending confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with addresses that cannot be validated

Incomplete Addresses

Orders with incomplete addresses (missing apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc.) may:

  • Experience delivery delays
  • Be returned to sender
  • Incur additional fees for address correction

If you live in an apartment, condo, or suite, please include your unit number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is successfully delivered and signed for by an adult:

  • The package is considered delivered
  • Last Rep is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
  • We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location or where you can receive them promptly

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@lastreparc.com
  2. We will file a claim with the carrier
  3. Once the claim is resolved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Please allow 7-10 business days for carrier investigation before we can process a replacement or refund.

Delivery Confirmation Disputes

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  2. Look for a carrier notice about attempted delivery
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  4. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  5. If the package cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at hello@lastreparc.com

We will work with you to resolve the issue, but please note that packages marked "delivered" with confirmed adult signature are considered successfully delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the package - accept delivery and note the damage on the carrier's delivery record if possible
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged products
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@lastreparc.com with your order number and photos
  4. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during promotional periods
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Address verification requirements

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States in states where our products are legal for sale and delivery.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays:

  • Processing times may be extended
  • Carrier delays are common
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date
  • Holiday-specific shipping deadlines will be posted on our website

We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date, including holidays.

Shipping Restrictions and Compliance

Last Rep complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of THC products. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Restrict shipping to certain locations
  • Require additional verification before shipment
  • Update our shipping policy to reflect changes in applicable laws

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess THC products in your jurisdiction
  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding THC products
  • You understand that shipping THC products across state lines may be subject to additional regulations

Military and Government Addresses

We cannot ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Military bases or installations
  • Federal government properties
  • VA facilities

Orders placed to these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
